Remove Iowa 90 in Adair County as follows:

Beginning on the Adair‑Cass County line at a point approximately 300 feet south of the W ¼ Corner Section 18‑T77N‑R24W, Adair County (E ¼ Corner Section 13‑T77N‑R34W, Cass County); thence in a northeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway and substantially parallel thereto, to a point in the SW ¼ NE ¼ Section 8‑T77N‑R33W; thence in a northeasterly direction to the NE Corner Section 8‑T77N‑R33W; thence north to a point approximately 1100 feet south of the W ¼ Corner Section 4‑T77N‑R33W; thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 1100 feet east of the W ¼ Corner Section 4‑T77N‑R33W; thence east to the west corporation line of the Town of Adair connecting with First Street.

Adair:

Commencing on First Street at the west corporation line; thence easterly on First Street slightly less than ¼ mile; thence northeasterly to Second Street; thence easterly on Second Street to Fifth Street; thence northerly on Fifth Street across the Adair‑Guthrie County line to the north corporation line.

Beginning again on the Adair‑Guthrie County line at the east corporation line of the Town of Stuart connecting with Front Street; thence east along the Adair‑Guthrie County line to a point approximately ¼ mile east of the NW Corner Section 2‑T77N‑R30W, Adair County (SW Corner Section 35‑T78N‑R30W, Guthrie County).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Description of Iowa 90 in Adair County in the Commission's minutes of September 7, 1960, is hereby rescinded.
